8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. – 2020 Minnesota Plumbing Code DWV and Water Distribution Pipe Sizing Review

John Lorge, IAPMO

Join IAPMO instructor John Lorge as he reviews Chapters 6–10 of the 2020 Minnesota Plumbing Code. In addition to reviewing specific code requirements from each of these chapters, this presentation will allow time for attendees to apply their knowledge of sizing various drain, waste, and vent system drawings, including but not limited to residential, and light commercial buildings. These activities will also include a review of a commercial kitchen plumbing design. Chapter 6 pipe sizing activities will also be included, and attendees will have a chance to do an overview of Appendix A sizing and how the IAPMO Water Demand Calculator (WDC) is changing pipe sizing across other areas of the Nation.
