Registration

Main Conference (Wednesday, April 8 afternoon–Thursday, April 9)

Regular Fee: $385 before March 19, 2020 ($435 starting March 20, 2020) 

Student Fee: $25 (must email current student fee statement to vetmedccaps@umn.edu to be eligible)

Preconference Workshops

Wednesday Morning Short Courses: $135 before March 19, 2020 ($165 starting March 20, 2020)

The registration fee includes instruction, handout materials, parking, continental breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your registration, a refund—minus $30 cancellation fee—will be issued if you provide written notice by March 25, 2020. Cancellations after this date will be ineligible for a refund.

Location and Accommodations

Location

This year the conference will be held at the Continuing Education and Conference Center, 1890 Buford Avenue, Saint Paul, MN 55108 on the University of Minnesota Twin Cities campus in Saint Paul.

Accommodations

A block of hotel sleeping rooms is being held at the DoubleTree by Hilton, 2540 North Cleveland Avenue, Roseville, MN 55113.

A limited number of rooms are available at $119 per night. Call 651-636-4567 or 800-333-3333 and ask for the "MN Dairy Health Conference" rate, or register online and use the Group Code: MND. Please reserve your room before March 20, 2020.

The Radisson Hotel Roseville has free shuttle service to and from the Continuing Education and Conference Center. When you check in, please notify the desk that you will need shuttle service.

Dairy Appreciation Award

The Dairy Production Medicine Group created the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine Dairy Appreciation Award in 2011 to recognize individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the dairy industry and to support our education and research missions at the College. Individuals were nominated by members of the Dairy Production Medicine Group, and the recipients are selected by vote.
