Exhibitor Fee

The exhibit fee of $815 includes:

  • Conference registration and materials for two representatives
  • One table (3’ x 7’)
  • Two chairs.

Use the online registration option to register an individual or multiple people and when paying with a credit card.

Use the paper registration form to register someone other than yourself, or to have a registration billed to your organization. You may e-mail, fax, or mail a completed form to the registration office. (For security reasons, do not e-mail forms with credit card information.)

Register, select an exhibit site, and pay the fee with a credit card. After registering you will receive “Registration Confirmation” and “Receipt” emails from vetmedccaps@umn.edu. (You may want to check your Spam folder if these do not appear in your Inbox.) 

Check In, Set Up, and Take Down

  • Check-In at the conference registration desk. 
  • Setup begins at 7:30 a.m., Wednesday, April 18. All exhibits must be in place by noon on Wednesday.
  • Take-down - must stay in place until 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 19.
