Summit Exhibitors

Don’t pass up the opportunity to interact with the Minnesota online learning community at the revitalized 2019 Minnesota Summit on Learning & Technology, the premier gathering place for K−12, college, and university teachers, faculty, program and IT administrators, and staff.

As technology in education has become an integral part of the learning landscape, more questions arise. This year, the Summit is encouraging exploration and conversation of complex questions, and a deeper look into the future role that technology will play in the teaching and learning landscape.

This year’s Summit will feature a half-day of in-depth workshops and tours of technology-rich campus spaces on July 31 and a full day of a keynote and concurrent sessions on August 1. Exhibitors will have the option of participating on both July 31 and August 1 or just August 1.

Returning This Year

Each exhibitor will receive the opportunity to present a 20-minute showcase session during the Summit. Time slots are limited, so early registration is encouraged. We are accepting showcase session proposals at anytime, but only proposals submitted by the deadline will be published in the printed program booklet (don’t worry, you can still present!). Submissions will be accepted from registered exhibitors only.

Exhibit Fee and Details

Exhibitor fee is $1,000. Exhibits will include one six-foot skirted table and one chair. Supplemental electrical equipment isn’t officially organized. Please bring items such as extension cords and power strips to the Summit, if needed.
