From introducing yourself at the beginning of the semester to animating a full length lecture series, the incorporation of animation can be an engaging tool for communicating with your students. This session will show some of the ways in which animation has been incorporated into faculty course shells at Metropolitan State University. In this session, we will look at several examples of the animation production process from beginning to end and discuss some of the best practices. You will have the opportunity to hear from some of our faculty who have successfully used animations in their course work and observe a live demonstration of the creative process. Session participants will be entered into a drawing to receive a free Classroom Elite account with Powtoon Animation Software. Must be present to win.
