When that software you've been using for years gets replaced, your work life can be thrown into turmoil. Getting the simplest things done can take forever. If your technical support staff is overworked, understaffed, or nonexistent, things are even worse. Learn what you can do to learn the new stuff quicker and more effectively from those that have been there. We will share general guidelines based on our experience changing to a new learning management system.
