Over the past 20 years, Jay has worked with America's leading companies to help them design, develop, implement, and measure creative training solutions. Jay specializes in eLearning, blended solutions, measurement, system implementations, change management, custom solutions, and measurement.
Jay was the training and change management manager for Deluxe Corporation’s initial SAP implementation, which received the American SAP Users Group National Impact Award; he was also a vendor partner for a Brandon Hall Best Results in Learning Award. He has been selected to speak on training at a number of national and regional events including the Society for Technical Communicators National Conference; SAP Users Group National Conference; NCSL International Conference; ASTD Regional Conference; Project Management Institute; Minnesota IT Government Symposium; Metro IT Directors Conference; and the Professional Association of Computer Trainers (PACT).
