Jean Morrison is president of Morrison & Associates, Inc., a human resource management consulting firm. She specializes in performance management, team building, organizational change, people management, conflict resolution, compensation, employer/employee relations, and executive coaching. Jean is also a founding partner of RESOLVE, a consulting firm providing conflict management and professional training and development services.
Jean has held key human resource management positions with Pillsbury, Green Giant, Michigan National Bank, and Norwest Bank. Jean serves on several area boards, donates significant time to assisting minority businesses in the area of human resources, and is a volunteer, mediator and mentor.
Jean instructs Conflict Resolution for the University of Minnesota College of Continuing and Professional Studies.
