Kelley Boyer is committed to transforming health care as an engaged leader and coach. She currently serves as system director of Quality & Safety Improvement at Fairview Health Services. In this role, Kelley bridges improvement methodologies with application in the most critical system quality and safety work, leveraging more than 20 years’ experience in formulating and driving change for improved clinical and operational outcomes. Kelley has also served as director of care coordination at Fairview; director of hospital programs and improvement manager at Allina Health; and manager of global marketing, Black Belt, and supply chain at 3M Company.
