With 20 years of experience coaching and consulting at world-class universities and organizations around the globe, Lindsay Read brings a well-informed, creative approach to her work with high-performing and high-potential leaders. A passionate lifelong learner, Lindsay has mastered many different conceptual coaching frameworks and is adept at determining which one is the most relevant to use with her clients. She loves working with leaders around the world—in healthcare, financial services, government, and educational sectors—helping them navigate organizational change and create rewarding careers for themselves and their teams.
Lindsay is a certified executive and leadership coach and facilitator who works with emerging leaders through the Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiative, the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, the University of St. Thomas Opus College of Business, and her private practice. She also received the German Chancellor Fellowship for Prospective Leaders from the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation. She holds an MA in public affairs from the University of Wisconsin and a BA in Spanish and history from Luther College.
