Dr. Johnson has significant experience in clinical and administrative health care services as a college instructor, presenter, and community educator. She has always identified as a teacher, beginning with fourth-grade students immediately after graduating from college. Her most recent position was nine years of teaching health care management at South University in West Palm Beach, FL. Before that she taught health service administration at Keiser University in Pembroke Pines, FL for five years. Dr. Johnson is eager to share not only academic content but also subjective experiences that will convey firsthand knowledge of the US health care system.
