Norm Schultz, M.A., CPLP, is founder and president of a management consulting firm that focuses on change leadership and workplace learning and performance. He is widely recognized as a leader in human performance improvement and behavior change.
Norm received his master's in psychology from Western Michigan University, specializing in organizational behavior management and applied behavior analysis. He is also a past president of ASTD Twin Cities, a resource for learning and development. Norm has been teaching for the College of Continuing Education for the past eight years and instructs Successfully Lead Enterprise-Wide Change Management.
