Michelle Koker ('94, '00, Associate Dean for Undergraduate Education, CCAPS):
Hi there, CCAPS scholars. I want to congratulate all of the scholarship recipients and encourage you to continue to work hard toward accomplishing your educational and career goals.

Benjamin Bowman ('14, Adjunct Faculty, Construction & Facilities Management):
People are taking notice. They're seeing what you're doing, and they recognize that you're doing some amazing things. They're recognizing that the work you're doing is building to something, and they're patting you on the back and saying, "Keep going."

Bill Kenney ('87, Adjunct Faculty, Health Services Management):
Just like you, I received some scholarship funding, which had a significant impact on defraying costs for my education. My wife and I want to pay it forward by contributing to the HSM Program and wish you all well in your future leadership roles.

Michelle Koker: I support CCAPS students because I admire their persistence, their creativity, their intelligence, and their commitment to improving their own lives as well as the lives of others.

Lisa Damon ('95, '97):
I'm confident you're going to be giving back in the future, too. You are going to be successful, and I congratulate you on your scholarship.

Peter Hilger (Faculty Director, Construction & Facilities Management):
There's three stages in your career: the learn, earn, and return. You guys are in the learn stage; I'm in the return stage. A good education is very valuable, and it costs a lot, but it's worth it. And so that's why I give back, and I'm happy to support your education.

Ann Houske Jacklitch ('11):
School can be difficult. Life is messy. But take it one day at a time. Reach out when you need help. And enjoy the process. As David Thoreau said, "Go confidently in the direction of your dreams. Live the life you imagined."

Benjamin Bowman: We are looking forward to what's yet to come from you.
