CCAPS is committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive environment in every work and learning space — on campus, online and in the community. This commitment requires us to:

Inclusive Excellence
Inclusive Excellence is a framework for making excellence inclusive by creating sustainable, systemic and accountable growth and change by:
- Recognizing that the progress and success of an institution depends upon the acknowledgement and value placed on all the members of its community.
- Carefully and consistently integrating inclusivity into the missions, values and strategic goals across all areas of the institution.
- Providing a framework which encourages developing best practices and policies for institutional excellence across five key dimensions: access and success, climate and connection, community engagement, education and scholarship, and infrastructure and investment.
Inclusive Excellence Advisory Committee
The committee supports the ongoing efforts of infusing the Inclusive Excellence guiding principles throughout the College. Committee members support the Senior Director for Inclusive Excellence by ideating and supporting the logistical tasks of planning and executing programming and events designed to continue the integration of the Inclusive Excellence framework throughout the College.
