The MBS Ambassador program connects prospective MBS students with recent MBS alumni who can provide a behind-the-scenes look at what earning a Master of Biological Sciences degree is really like.
Prospective Students
Gain an insider‘s perspective from someone who has recently completed the MBS program. Learn about how to build a course schedule/degree plan and complete a Plan B or C project, and hear about what it’s like being a graduate student at CCAPS.
MBS ambassadors are selected and endorsed by the MBS Director of Graduate Studies and academic advisors. We will make every effort to match you with an alumni member whose program of study aligns with your interests.
Interested prospective students should email MBS Enrollment Advisor Steve Wicks at [email protected].
Prospective Ambassadors
Recent MBS alumni are invited to help create community and shape the future of the MBS program by sharing their experiences, time, and talents with prospective students. Ambassador applications are sent to students near the end of their final semester via their UMN email.
As an MBS ambassador, you will serve as an engaging, supportive representative of the program. You may also have the option to serve on graduate program panels, assist with recruitment events, and other engagement opportunities.
