About This Course

Everyday, long-term care leaders make informed decisions that shape the well-being of communities, including staff, older adults, and their families. Many of the best practices and innovations in leadership, program development, policy, and aging services are rooted in research. This course offers an applied approach to research methods and data analysis, empowering long-term care leaders to deeply understand issues, use research to explore solutions, analyze data for evidence-based conclusions, and communicate findings effectively.
