Mick Kuehn is a licensed professional engineer and a certified project management professional. He owns Kuehn Diversified Engineering, Inc. (KDE), which consults for large and small companies. He has 20 years of experience in incubating technologies and developing manufacturing processes in the launch of new products. In previous work at St. Jude Medical, Mick used a grassroots approach to reinvent a product development life cycle process to support a $1B business unit that had outgrown old quality systems, and used DHF/DMR audit tools to drive remediation scope and create best practices for filling gaps.
