Duriel is a change management professional with 15+ years of experience guiding enterprise-wide transformations at Fortune 100 companies including Walmart/Sam's Club, CVS Health, and Target Corp. He has led change initiatives impacting 100,000+ employees across retail, healthcare and global supply chain, spanning M&A integration, workforce modernization and technology adoption.

Currently, Duriel works in the financial services industry leading AI adoption strategies for underwriters. He holds an MBA from Hamline University, a BA in Communications from the University of Minnesota and is a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner and Certified Professional Project Manager (CPPM).

Outside of work, Duriel volunteers as a “big” for Big Brothers Big Sisters and enjoys listening to podcasts, writing and biking.
