Kaitlin brings over 15 years of professional experience in change management, organizational effectiveness, human resources and strategic planning. Having worked with large organizations across a range of industries, she has led major transformation initiatives, guiding companies through complex, large-scale change with a practical, human-centered approach.
As an independent consultant, Kaitlin partners with organizations and training teams to build internal change management capability, helping leaders and employees navigate change with confidence. Her work spans stakeholder engagement, readiness assessment, communication planning and the practical application of established change frameworks such as Kotter's model and ADKAR.
Kaitlin holds certifications in change management and continues to design and facilitate learning experiences that translate change theory into actionable, real-world tools for professionals at every level. She teaches Change Management Toolkit and Executing and Sustaining Change for CCAPS.
