I am a dedicated healthcare leader with a passion for long-term care that began in my earliest role as a laundry aide in a nursing home. This formative experience sparked a lifelong commitment to serving older adults and improving care environments. Today, I serve as Director of Operations at Ecumen, where I support our assisted living sites in delivering high-quality, person-centered care.
I earned my degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire and hold a Licensed Health Service Executive credential. Most recently, I completed my Master of Business Administration at St. Catherine University, further strengthening my leadership and strategic capabilities.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new restaurants around the Twin Cities, spending time outdoors with friends and family, and relaxing with my cat, Leo. I believe that long-term care is a dynamic and evolving field, and I’m excited to contribute my perspective while learning from the diverse experiences of fellow board members.
