Adrian Terry is a visionary leader with a proven track record in large-scale enterprise transformation, operational excellence and innovation. Throughout his career, he has driven transformational initiatives that align technology operations with enterprise strategy, architected strategic planning models and established governance frameworks to accelerate business agility. With extensive experience spanning project, program and portfolio management, Adrian brings real-world expertise from Fortune 500 companies, including JPMorgan Chase, GM Financial and Southwest Airlines.
Adrian is currently pursuing a PhD in business leadership at Dallas Baptist University. Beyond his executive practice, he is passionate about continuous learning. He teaches professional development and undergraduate courses at several academic institutions, delivering instruction in innovation strategy, product management, project management, program management, and Six Sigma to students, working professionals and the next generation of executive leaders.
