Dr. Alex Hooper served for 11 years in the United States Air Force in public health operations, environmental controls, hazardous waste management, and risk management across the globe, including Korea, Japan, the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, and Iraq. He has previously held several roles in state government: the Minnesota Department of Health as Assistant Division Director of Health Regulation and Interim Director of Minnesota Office of Medical Cannabis, as well as the Arkansas Department of Health as Branch Manager of Personal Care Services.
