Mandy is a Licensed Independent Social Worker with over 25 years of experience supporting youth, families, community, and educational organizations. She has been a provider of higher education in Minnesota since 2021, serving as an adjunct professor, program chair, course designer, and subject matter expert. She currently works as a therapist, school social worker, clinical supervisor, and educational consultant. Mandy's previous roles have included direct service and leadership in nonprofit and K–12 education settings.
