Amy Jerdee is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer at St. Francis Regional Medical Center in Shakopee, Minnesota. Ms. Jerdee came to St. Francis in June of 2019 from Aurora BayCare Medical Center in Green Bay, Wisconsin, where she served as Vice President of Clinical Operations for five years.

Prior to that, Ms. Jerdee worked for five years as a healthcare attorney in Milwaukee, representing various healthcare providers and entities, and practiced or three years as a registered nurse at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.  

She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Michigan State University, a Juris Doctorate from the University of Minnesota Law School, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. Ms. Jerdee has served on various community boards and has taught as adjunct faculty for both the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and the University of Minnesota Healthcare Management program. 

Ms. Jerdee is a Fellow of the American College of Healthare Executives and serves on the Editorial Review Board for the Journal of Healthcare Risk Management. In 2024, Ms. Jerdee was recognized as a Women in Business honoree by the Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal; named a Top-100 Most Influential Healthcare Leader by Minnesota Physician Medical Business Journal; and was included in Becker’s Healthcare Community Hospital CEOs to Know.
