Charles Russell has over ten years of advising and recruiting experience, and he currently advises students entering the University of Minnesota with an emphasis on Professional Development and Lifelong Learning programs. He recently completed a Master of Arts in Higher Education program through the College of Education and Human Development. His academic interests include higher education policy and leadership.
