Student Services Specialist
Charles Russell is originally from Bloomington, MN. He received his bachelor’s degree in Geography from Saint Cloud State University. He recently completed a Master of Arts in higher education through the College of Education and Human Development. He has been working in CCAPS since 2006 supporting students helping them to accomplish their educational goals.
