Dr. Jason Klous is a principal at Midion, specializing in lean construction and improving project delivery. He began his career as a union carpenter in the Twin Cities and spent 14 years at McGough Construction as a superintendent. For the past 12 years, he has worked as a consultant, helping project teams strengthen communication, trust and commitment-based practices on complex projects. His work spans projects across the US and internationally in Brazil, Ireland and the UK.
