Megan Voorhees has worked as a life coach, facilitator, organizational consultant and educator.
She has dedicated her career to supporting individuals, organizations, and communities to develop the skills and experience they need to thrive. She has designed and led high-impact educational programs for over thirty years, including 23 cohort programs that supported participants in learning the skills to be effective leaders and to successfully navigate life and career transitions.
She served as the Director of Experiential Education and Graduate Programs for the Institute on the Environment at the University of Minnesota, and was the Director of the Public Service Center at the University of California, Berkeley
All the while, Megan is enjoying midlife, even as she juggles child and elder care and her changing health needs. She cultivates daily purpose in her life through work that she hopes will have a positive impact on people and the planet, her family, gardening, reading and music that inspires dancing.
