My focus is on aligning HR priorities with organizational goals, strengthening leadership pipelines, and creating an employee experience that is both meaningful and impactful. I believe in future-focused thinking—leveraging data-driven insights and empathetic leadership to build a culture where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work.
Before joining LifeSource, I held senior HR leadership roles at Medtronic, Optum, UnitedHealth Group, and Allina Health. Over the course of my career, I’ve led enterprise-wide transformations, developed high-impact leadership programs, and championed inclusive, equitable workplace practices.
I hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and am a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources.
