Originally from Wisconsin, Scott received his bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota in family social science, and his masters in student affairs in higher education from Colorado State University. Prior to working in the PSEO office, he advised U of M students for over nine years in the College of Biological Sciences and the Carlson School of Management. Fun facts: he loves anything made of sugar, water ski shows, and sci-fi books/movies.

Anja Hovde is originally from Duluth, Minnesota, and received her bachelor's degree from UMD in Communications. She is currently working on her MA in higher education at the University of Minnesota. She has been working in the PSEO office since July 2011. These days she spends significant time chasing her toddler!

Andrew is originally from New York, NY. He received his bachelor’s degree in English and philosophy from Lafayette College, and his master’s degree in leadership and student affairs from the University of Saint Thomas. He has been advising PSEO students since 2009. Fun facts: he follows the Mets, loves horror and fantasy, and enjoys most anything created by Joss Whedon!

Originating from Maple Grove, MN, Molly received her bachelor’s degree in Sexual and Reproductive Health Promotion from the Inter-College Program at the University of Minnesota in 2014. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and playing Dungeons & Dragons.

Ashley is originally from Woodbury, MN, and received her bachelor’s degree in International Studies from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. In her free time, you may find her hiking, reading, and cooking up a new recipe. 

Ariah Orr

Ariah Orr

Student Office Assistant

Originally from New Prague, MN, and a former PSEO student, Ariah is continuing her education as an undergraduate at the University of Minnesota. She is pursuing her Bachelor of Design in Architecture as well as a minor in Landscape Design and Planning through the College of Design. When she is not working on a project in Rapson Hall (a rare occasion), Ariah spends time ballroom dancing, exploring the Twin Cities with friends, and keeping up to date with the Boston Red Sox.

Student Office Assistant

A former PSEO student, Paradis is now an undergraduate student in the Genetics, Cell Biology, and Development program through the College of Biological Sciences. When she is not doing schoolwork or completing undergraduate research, Paradis enjoys cooking and binge-watching Netflix shows.
