About This Course

This course provides a practical framework for managing AI projects from conception to deployment and maintenance. Topics include defining AI project scope, agile methodologies for AI development, team collaboration, change management, and evaluating the success and ROI of organizational AI initiatives. Students will work on case studies to simulate real-world AI project challenges.

Her awards include the 2025 She Shapes AI Thought Leadership in AI Award, the RAISE 2022 Leading Individual Award, and a Forbes accolade as one of the "15 AI Ethics Leaders Showing the World the Way of the Future." In 2025, she was appointed Visiting Scholar at Umeå University’s AI Policy Lab in Sweden, collaborating with global experts on responsible AI research.
