About This Course
This course provides a practical framework for managing AI projects from conception to deployment and maintenance. Topics include defining AI project scope, agile methodologies for AI development, team collaboration, change management, and evaluating the success and ROI of organizational AI initiatives. Students will work on case studies to simulate real-world AI project challenges.

Dr. Elizabeth M. Adams is a global authority in responsible AI strategy, shaping how executives lead AI with purpose, integrity, and systemic impact. Her work spans global stages, translating responsible AI from theory into scalable, values-driven action and championing ethical, human-centered AI. She has presented on TEDx and is a LinkedIn Top Voice. Her awards include the 2025 She Shapes AI Thought Leadership in AI Award, the RAISE 2022 Leading Individual Award, and a Forbes accolade as one of the "15 AI Ethics Leaders Showing the World the Way of the Future." In 2025, she was appointed Visiting Scholar at Umeå University’s AI Policy Lab in Sweden, collaborating with global experts on responsible AI research.

Dr. Loreal Jiles has been a Certified Management Accountant for 20 years centered on the digital and AI transformation of global finance and accounting organizations. She served as global head of strategic finance capabilities at HP Inc. and vice president of research and thought leadership at the Institute of Management Accountants, where she directed the global research agenda for the management accounting profession. At BP, she authored the enterprise intelligent automation governance framework for upstream finance. She was an invited contributor to the United Nations stakeholder consultation on the Global Dialogue on AI Governance. She is a postdoctoral research fellow at Pepperdine University. Dr. Jiles also owns a private security services firm employing more than 100 people.
