Steven Comingdeer is global director for HR reporting and analytics at Accenture, where he leads a team of 120, providing reporting, advanced analytics and modeling, consultative insights, and decision support. He has previously been chief of staff to Accenture’s North American health practice director, operations director for a national managed-care organization, business office director for a rehabilitation company, program manager for a large physician and hospital quality program, and clinic manager for a local integrated physician group. He has taught online since 2009 in the areas of health care marketing, operations, information management, economics, law and policy, and ethics.

Chelsea Steinborn has worked in the provider, payer, and health technology spaces leading diverse teams and projects. She has spent several years at both Virginia Mason Franciscan Health in Seattle and Medtronic leading consulting work with other health systems, where she developed innovative solutions in practice transformation, digital health, and operational excellence. She has also worked at a health insurance startup (Surest, a UnitedHealthcare company) leading provider network strategy and strategic efforts to build brand awareness among health systems and create operational infrastructure for provider services. Also, she has worked on the virtual care strategy and implementation for digital health partners in clinical areas such as diabetes and maternity care. With her engineering background, Chelsea brings a practical, problem-solving approach and lean expertise to health care.
