Michelle Hutchison is a professional actress, writer and producer who leverages her performing arts background to coach corporate teams and executives globally. She is the founder of Skilled Expressions, LLC, a performance-training company specializing in worldwide workshops on presentation skills, authentic communication, team-building, leadership and effective collaboration. Michelle has developed and delivered training programs for international organizations such as Medtronic, General Mills, Mayo Clinic, Danfoss, Inspire Medical Systems, Cargill, Coloplast, ReVital and the University of Minnesota Medical School and Bachelor of Fine Arts program, St Thomas Opus College of Business and Concordia University. She also serves as a resident Teaching Artist for the Guthrie Theater.

Her acting career includes work across feature films, television and live theater. On screen, she has appeared in films such as "Fargo," "My Best Friend’s Wedding," "Thin Ice," "Factotum," and the comedy film "Good Sport," with television credits including ABC’s "In an Instant" and Netflix’s "Lady Dynamite." A live comedic performer, she also appears regularly in the improvisation show "Masters of Improvisation."

In addition to her performance work, Michelle serves as an emcee and scriptwriter for corporate meetings, conferences and events. Her background behind the camera includes working as a producer for the Travel Channel show "Passport to Design" and writing and producing eight short films. Her short film "Time’s Up" for the 48 Hour Film Project received a nomination for best writing.

Michelle teaches Presenting with Impact for the University of Minnesota College of Continuing and Professional Studies.
