Ed’s professional experience includes decades of educational, corporate and administrative leadership. He enjoys coaching teams and organizations through times of evolutionary transition.
He was a professional musician in his younger days and takes the lessons he learned from the music world into his approach to organizational leadership and teamwork. Ed previously served as vice president of operations for the Native American Community Development Institute, corporate director of education and performance for the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe and assistant professor at the University of Minnesota Duluth, where he taught strategic management, human resources, project management and operations within the Master of Tribal Administration and Governance program.
Ed holds numerous certifications in organizational development as well as a doctorate in educational policy and administration from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. He instructs Program Strategy and Change Management and Program Leadership in the Program Management Certificate.
