Dr. Gina Debogovich is an AI strategist, technologist and marketing communications leader who helps organizations use data and generative AI to improve decision-making, content workflows, and business outcomes. She consults on responsible AI adoption, executive communication, and human-centered implementation, and is the author of The Nonprofit GenAI Operating System.
Gina brings more than 15 years of experience leading digital strategy, market and audience intelligence, marketing transformation and AI-enabled innovation across Amazon, AT&T, UnitedHealth Group and Best Buy. She holds a DBA, an MIT certificate in AI and Applied Data Science, and a Data Scientist Certification from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
