Certified Scrum Product Owner®
In this course, you will learn the Scrum framework. But more importantly, you'll learn what it means to function as the Product Owner, or Customer, for a Scrum team. You will learn about managing stakeholders, creation and refinement of the Product Backlog, emerging detail with Product Backlog Items and User Stories, including Acceptance Criteria, and the Definition of Done.
Course content is delivered through exercises, in-depth discussion, and case studies to help illustrate techniques, practices, and principles.
