David Kaiser's academic interests and consulting practices coincide in the areas of leadership, ethics, and organizational behavior. He has developed and taught numerous university courses about management. David has held both line and staff management positions in industry; consulted and conducted seminars with companies throughout the United States and Europe; and received three professor of the year awards. David's educational philosophy is grounded in mindful inquiry and critical reflection rather than reaction and judgment. Whether in the classroom or in the boardroom, he strives to provoke interdisciplinary ways of thinking about organizational issues and opportunities.
