Charles Russell has over ten years of advising and recruiting experience and currently advises students entering the University of Minnesota with an emphasis on Individualized Degrees and Professional Studies programs. He is currently in the Masters of Arts in Higher Education program through the College of Education and Human Development. His academic interests include higher education policy and leadership.
