Ellen is employed as the executive director of the Fox Valley Advance Care Planning Partnership in Appleton, WI. The Partnership is made up of local health care systems and the community, working together to make advance care planning and conversations an integral part of living, with the ultimate goal of improving end-of-life care for all. In her free time, Ellen enjoys gardening and hiking local trails with her husband and kids.
