Forest is an empathetic and enthusiastic student services professional, focused on how to best serve students of all backgrounds and identities. While growing up on a farm in rural Iowa, Forest gained an appreciation for the outdoors, and also loved learning. This led to Forest completing their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Master's Degree in Education. Forest has a strong affinity for social justice and world travel, having lived in Ireland previously, and currently serving as an instructor for OLPD 3332 – Global Identities. With more than 16 years of experience in various roles in advising, career coaching, and more, Forest believes that finding and designing your own path to success is an exciting approach to education, and to life!
