Jalaal Madyun is the founder of Core Connections Leadership Institute, where he helps leaders build high-performing teams by strengthening the leadership relationships that drive team performance. He previously led enterprise leadership development initiatives at RSM, designing and facilitating leadership programs and large-scale leadership simulations for professionals across all career stages in a national professional services firm.
With more than 15 years of experience in adult learning, leadership development, executive coaching, and organizational development, Jalaal has trained and coached more than 10,000 leaders across professional services, financial services, healthcare, and other industries. His areas of expertise include leadership development, emotional intelligence, executive coaching, instructional design, learning needs assessment, leadership assessment, and learning evaluation.
