Rebecca J. Davis

"The element I love most in working with HSM students is the excitement and new visions that they bring to healthcare. As a constantly evolving field, and an industry plagued with problems to solve, we need new ideas, change, hope, and vision in the healthcare industry and I see that daily in my work with HSM students."

Ms. Davis is the operations administrator for the Mayo Clinic Comprehensive Cancer Center and Department of Urology at Mayo Clinic in Arizona. She previously held leadership roles within Mayo Clinic, HonorHealth, and the City of Hope Comprehensive Cancer Center, for service lines including hematology, blood and marrow transplant, cellular therapy, gynecology, dermatology, and psychiatry/psychology. She focuses on empowering and leading multidisciplinary teams to accomplish program development, innovation, quality improvement, and service line growth. Rebecca is an instructor of healthcare administration in the Mayo Clinic School of Medicine and Science, Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), and Prosci® Certified Change Management Professional.

Ms. Davis holds an MHA from the University of Minnesota and a BA in International Studies and Spanish from the University of Kentucky. She teaches:
