DEI Director
Shari is the inaugural DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) Director. Prior to joining the University of Minnesota, she was at the University of St. Thomas in Saint Paul and prior to that at Simmons University in Boston, Massachusetts, and at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She has held positions as both a full time and an adjunct faculty member, as well as various positions in faculty development, curriculum design, community service-learning and student affairs. Shari is a strong believer in the need for daily rest and rejuvenation to maintain balance with her work to earn a living and to leave this planet differently than when she arrived.
