William "Bill" Kanfield has more than 30 years of experience leading projects, technology initiatives and organizational change across financial services, technology, retail and higher education. He has worked as a practitioner, manager and consultant for major organizations, including Wells Fargo, Safeco Insurance Companies, Thrivent Financial and the University of Minnesota.
Bill focuses on connecting organizational strategy with project execution, emphasizing clear value creation, performance metrics and adaptive team delivery over rigid processes. In the classroom, he helps working professionals bridge project management theory with real-world organizational challenges. Bill holds an MBA from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey and is a Project Management Professional and Certified ScrumMaster.
He is currently the Enterprise IT Program Manager at Mystic Lake. He teaches Project Initiation and Project Execution, Monitoring, and Control for CCAPS.
