Michelle Iwen: Hi, I'm Michelle Iwen, assistant director for Graduate Programs at the College of Continuing and Professional Studies.
Fiyyaz Karim: Hi, I'm Fiyyaz Karim, faculty member at CCAPS, teaching in the Integrative Behavioral Health and Addiction Counseling program.
Iwen: We're here today to welcome you to INC, CCAPS' new diversity initiative.
Karim: We believe that diversity, inclusivity, and equity are core values for graduate education, fostering a welcoming and safe environment for our students.
