  • Understand the role of leadership in Agile, and the paradigm shift Agile brings for project vs. product, individual vs. team approach, and management vs. leading.
  • Examine the role of “Agile Coach,” the mindset, and the behaviors a coach models while serving a team.
  • Support teams and organizations deciding between different Agile methods.

How to Register for the Certificate

If you are registering using a 'Tuition Voucher'

  • You'll need:
    • the course titles and dates you wish to attend
    • your tuition voucher
  • Fill out the Registration Form.
    • Our registration team will process the transaction and will send you confirmation emails.

If you are enrolling using your own funds to be reimbursed

  • You'll need:
    • the course titles and dates you wish to attend
    • a credit card, if you are using an alternative form of payment please use this form
  • Enroll via the Mayo Clinic Self-Pay Portal.
    • Follow the enrollment steps on the portal, once you are registered you will receive a receipt which you can use for reimbursement purposes.

What if I can't attend the class I've signed up for?

If you have to miss a class, please notify us BEFORE the course starts. We can transfer you to a different course section on a different date as long as there are seats available.

Transfer requests received after the scheduled course date will not be eligible for a free transfer.

Do I need to purchase additional materials?

No, all materials are included in the course fee and will be sent to you one day in advance of the class via email.

Do I need a U of M student account?

No, these are non-credit courses that don't require a student account.

When can I expect information on the courses I enrolled in?

One week before the course starts you will receive a welcome email with information on course details, information on how to test out Zoom, as well as any pre-work.

One day before the course you will receive a reminder email with the course materials and Zoom link.

When will I know that I have been accepted into the Agile Scrum Program?

The Career Investment Program (CIP) will let you know if your application has been accepted. Please note you will need the acceptance from CIP to complete your tuition voucher request.

I don't have a tuition voucher number. Where/how can I get it?

Please refer to Step 7 of your CIP Acceptance Letter, which states you need to complete a Direct Pay Tuition Voucher Request Form. If you do not have a Career Investment Program (CIP) acceptance letter, you will need to reach out to CIP. For additional questions related to tuition vouchers, please reach out to the Mayo Career Investment Program: [email protected].

I’m not receiving emails related to my course, what do I do?

Our emails may be filtered into your spam.
