Donald (Don) Moschkau is a human resources strategy system executive with Fairview Health Services, where he leads the Human Resources Strategy and Operations areas. He serves as a consultant to other executives throughout the organization on strategic initiatives and the impacts or drivers of the organization’s human capital. He has more than 20 years’ experience in human resources and specializes in strategic human resources, employee relations, employment law, diversity, recruitment, and onboarding as well as human resources regulatory compliance in the health care market. Don’s certifications include an SPHR from the Human Resources Certification Institute and an SHRM-SCP and Green Belt from the Society for Human Resources Professionals.
Don has an MHA from the University of Minnesota and a BA in multicultural marketing from Metropolitan State University. He teaches:
