OLLI Student Admin Support

Job ID 356921

The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) is looking for student workers to help with several administrative functions, including Zoom hosting (start meetings, admit attendees, monitor the chat, host breakout rooms, and if necessary help trouble-shoot technical issues.) We are looking for students who can be available 10–20 hours per week for some shifts during times OLLI meets: Monday–Friday, 9:30–11:30 a.m., noon–2:00 p.m., and 2:00–4:00 pm. Other administrative duties could include collecting and compiling course evaluation forms; assisting with data entry for membership databases; meet and greet OLLI members at the Welcome Desk in Ruttan Hall; respond to routine emails; provide support to OLLI team members, and other duties as assigned. This would be a fantastic opportunity for an undergraduate student who enjoys learning and connecting with a population of curious, older adults.
