Lou Longmire has been involved in the commercial construction industry as an inspector since 1998. Lou is certified by the International Code Council (ICC) as a Structural Masonry Special Inspector. His experience range includes projects with only a masonry trash enclosure to those incorporating 30,000 concrete masonry units—all requiring special inspections and strength testing for block prisms, grout, and mortar. He is familiar with local as well as national codes and masonry regulation standards.
