William O. (Bill) Kenney is chief executive officer of Dermatology Consultants. Previously, he served as president of the Phillips Eye Institute for Allina Health and later as the VP of operations for the United Hospital Cardiovascular Service Line. He has served as a clinical social worker at United Hospital, focusing on oncology, psychiatry, endocrinology, and geriatrics. Later he served at HealthEast and Park Nicollet Health Services, Northwestern University and Medical Faculty Foundation, and Presbyterian Hospital. Bill has expertise in clinic, hospital, and long-term operations, and his experience in health care leadership includes administrative responsibility in cardiovascular services, ophthalmology, senior services, dermatology, and primary care operations.
