Cindy Langanki, MS, BSN, brings over two decades of expertise across curriculum development, performance improvement, leadership development, nursing, and coaching. She is currently finalizing her wholistic International Coaching Federation certification. Her approach involves tailoring solutions to individual client needs to optimize outcomes.
Passionate about aligning training initiatives with organizational goals, Cindy holds a Kirkpatrick Gold Certification and has spearheaded implementation efforts at Medtronic. She has also presented for esteemed groups such as the International Society for Performance Improvement and Fredrickson’s Learning Community, as well as spoken for the Association for Talent and Development.
Cindy is an avid lifelong learner and community advocate. She actively supports individuals who have faced traumatic experiences, assisting them in finding employment and career pathways. Additionally, Cindy dedicates her time to managing programs for a community ecological group.
